About your Jurupa Valley sunroom contractor

Bright sunroom addition with white-framed windows, wicker seating, and views of a green yard.

How I ended up building sunrooms

I got into this work selling sunrooms and patio covers, sketching rooms out at kitchen tables, and after a while I wanted to be the one building what I'd drawn. So I went out with install crews and learned the job from the ground up, one project after another. We started Jurupa Valley Sunrooms & Patios in 2023, and we're based right here in Jurupa Valley.

Most of our calls come from people who already have a patio or deck and want to get a lot more use out of it. I like the jobs that take some figuring out, like a tired deck, a cracked slab or a lattice cover that has to become a real roof. Our dry weather out here is hard on wood and other common building materials, so what's already in your yard usually needs a close look before we build on it. What I care about most is that you end up with the room you pictured when we first talked, not a watered-down version of it. If you've got a space like that, tell us about it on our contact page.

What working with us is like

  • You talk to the person who plans the build

I come out to look at every job myself, so the person who measures your space and talks through your options is the same one who plans the build, and nothing gets lost between the estimate and the work. Our installers then build what we agreed on, and I'll explain every choice in plain words so nothing catches you off guard.

  • We check what your deck or slab can carry

Before we plan anything, we look hard at the deck, slab or patio cover you already have, because the room has to fit what your home can really hold up. That's also when we help you make the big call, a room you heat and cool or a simpler one without, since that one choice shapes the rest of the job.

  • We handle the permit work with the city

In Jurupa Valley, building permits come through the city's Building & Safety Department, which routes plans to several other departments for review. We take care of any permits your project needs, handle the paperwork and reach out to the city early, so you know what to expect before we start.
