Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Jurupa Valley Sunrooms & Patios handles the information you share with us through this website. We're a sunroom contractor in Jurupa Valley, CA, and we build sunrooms, patio enclosures and patio covers for homeowners here and in the cities around it.
We keep this short and plain because you should be able to read it in a few minutes. If you're new to the site, you can start on our home page or read about us to see who we are.
What information we collect
We collect what you choose to give us when you fill out our contact form or call us. That's usually your name, phone number, email, the address of the house where you want the work done, and a few words about your project.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type there passes through that service before it reaches us.
When you browse the site, basic analytics tools may record things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and the general area you're browsing from. This tells us how the site is used, not who you are by name.
The site may also use cookies, which are small files your browser saves, so pages load properly and so we can count visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading and contacting us.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to answer you, set up a time to look at your property, give you a quote and, if you hire us, plan and do the job. We use analytics information only to see which pages help people and to fix the ones that don't.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when the job needs it, such as with a supplier, a subcontractor working on your project or the office that issues a permit, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, finish your project and keep normal business and warranty records. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and we will.
California residents may have added privacy rights under state law, such as the right to know what we collect and the right to ask for deletion. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand your information to the wrong person.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (951) 416-3024 or reach us through our contact page. We answer every day from 7 AM to 11 PM and usually reply within 1 business day.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page so it always shows how we work now.
